2009 Year End Information

What to expect
All 2009 year end documents have been mailed to customers. If you don’t receive your statement by February 3, 2010, please contact our 24/7 Customer Care Center at 1-800-236-8866.

Year End Documents Available Online Now
To view your 2009 Year End documents online, sign in to Associated Bank’s Online Banking and select “eStatements & Notices” from the menu at the top of the page. Select the account you wish to review and choose 2009 Year End Tax Forms from the “Statement Period” drop down box.

Year End Interest Information
Our Year End information is available on our Online and Telephone banking systems.

Online Banking

Interest information can be accessed by viewing the "Prior Year Interest" on the Account Activity page.

Telephone Banking

Interest information can be accessed by calling 1-800-236-7160.

Interest amounts under $10
If the combined interest on your deposit accounts is less than $10, you will not receive an interest statement.
